Zhengwen “Wen” was born and raised in China, where she first fell in love with the quiet art of baking — watching, waiting, and learning the patience it takes to get something just right. After moving to Honolulu, that early curiosity grew into a full-blown passion, and baking became more than a hobby; it became her calling.

Her style draws from Japanese baking traditions — cakes and treats that are never too sweet, always impossibly moist, and made with a lightness that lets every flavor shine.
